VEHICLE LETTERING
the workhorse.
Cut vinyl lettering — name, trade, number — the highest-value signage a working van can carry. Kits from £69, or fitted at our Manchester workshop.

Why lettering earns its keep
A lettered van answers the three questions every potential customer has — who are you, what do you do, how do I call you — at every red light and on every driveway. It is the cheapest advertising a trade can own, and unlike ads, you pay once.
Where the lettering goes
The layout matters more than the quantity. Rear doors first — that is what sits in front of drivers in traffic. Then the sides at reading height, then the bonnet or above the cab if you want more.
Fonts, colours and contrast
We design for reading at 30mph: bold, high-contrast, no thin scripts that vanish at distance. White or high-vis vinyl on dark vans, dark on light vans — we will tell you straight if a colour combination will not read on the road.
Kit or fitted — your call
Lettering kits from £69 arrive pre-spaced on application tape ready to squeegee down. Or bring the van to Bury or Manchester and we fit while you wait. Same vinyl, same design service, either way.
Straight answers
How much does van lettering cost?
Kits start at £69. The price moves with the amount of lettering, van size and colours — fixed quote before anything is cut.
Cut vinyl or printed lettering?
Cut vinyl for solid-colour lettering — sharper edges, longer life, no lamination needed. Print earns its place when you need gradients or photos.
Can I letter a leased van?
Yes — vinyl lettering removes cleanly with heat at lease return. It is the lease-friendly option.
How long does fitting take?
A typical lettering set is 1–2 hours DIY, less in the workshop.
